Cutler & Co. Dining Room & Bar is located in an old metal work factory in Gertrude Street, Fitzroy, Melbourne’s first suburb and industrial area.  Architect Pascale Gomes-McNabb has created an interior that layers old with new.  The historic building houses offbeat architectural elements set in a restaurant landscape.

Cutler & Co. Dining Room & Bar has a seperate dining room with capacity for 32, an extensive cellar wrapped in a 4 meter high glass box, and a kitchen to make a chef smile.

Small Eats in the bar provide a casual food option. Dinner and the dining space, however, are another matter. This is where the skills of the Chef are given centre stage with service that is informed but informal; relaxed without compromising attention to detail.

The bar is open to all comers from 4pm. The dining room serves dinner Tuesday to Sunday, from 6pm, and lunch on Friday and Sunday from 12 noon.
