Carosello

An elegant coupette inspired by the Manhattan, Carosello is a gastronomic cocktail that mirrors the era of Diptyque's Orphéon. 

Artichoke aperitivo Cynar is a classic of the 1960s, its burnished colour and bittersweet herbal character balances lifted juniper and slightly tart blood orange eau de vie. Served up, garnished with a cherry preserved in Cognac.
