Cutler & Clove

A magical night on Gertrude Street with The Clove Club.

On 30th March we had the absolute pleasure of hosting Isaac McHale and Paul Quin from London's The Clove Club at Cutler & Co., as part of the Melbourne Food & Wine Festival. It was a real return to big collaborations, raucous events and global festivals that brought so much energy and incredible food and wine to our beautiful restaurant and city. With 3 Michelin starts behind them, expectations and anticipation were huge, and boy did the team deliver. It was so wonderful to see our local produce (like WA marron, pork from the Otways) being transformed by Isaac's creativity to another level of dining. It was an evening that we'll be reflecting on for years to come.
