An Evening with Matt Moran for Melbourne Food & Wine Festival

Matt Moran is an Australian food icon. Over 30 years, he’s been a fundamental figure in Sydney's vibrant restaurant scene. Having started in restaurants at the age of 15 as an apprentice, his love for classical French cooking continues to inspire his cooking today.


Throughout the establishment of his many exceptional venues, including Sydney Harbour’s iconic two-hat restaurant, Aria, a constant thread has run through the core of each kitchen and it’s one that speaks strongly to us at Cutler & Co. — a commitment to the land, love of food and seasonal, local produce. 

On Tuesday 31st October, Matt Moran joined us in the kitchen to prepare a four-course menu inspired by the food of his celebrated restaurant, Aria.
