Luxembourg Potato with Caviar & a Tomatillo Gibson for Melbourne Cocktail Festival

 

The Cutler & Co. Bar has been home to many variations of the classic Gibson over the years. Variations that leave no doubt to the inspiration, but wander the pathway of difference enough to make the journey worthwhile. To mark the Melbourne Cocktail Festival, we introduce Tomatillo Gibson.

We're serving it with a Luxembourg potato - triple cooked, with sour cream and Oscietra caviar.
